The New LRH Client Portal
We are delighted to announce that the LRH client portal (powered by Onvio, a Thomson Reuters company) is now fully operational.
The LRH client portal enables us to send personal and confidential information back and forth in the most secure manner, the portal being hosted on UK data centres which are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
The portal also provides the benefit of instant access to historical documents such as your last three years accounts and tax returns, prepared by LRH, and we will also be able to use this for electronically signing documents such as tax returns.
The use of the client portal is not compulsory, but we encourage you to take advantage of this facility to ensure that your information is transmitted in the most secure and efficient manner possible.
If you continue to send confidential or personal information to us by email we can still receive it, but we will use the portal or royal mail to deliver all such information to you.
We will be using the portal to replace some correspondence that has previously been delivered by post such as the annual information requests for self assessment tax returns. The portal will not replace most email communication as the majority of emails do not share personal or confidential information.
