Halifax-based LRH Wealth Management has bid a fond farewell to pensions consultant Brian Walker on his retirement after seven years with the firm.
However, Brian will continue to work for the company on a flexible consultancy basis, as and when his expertise is needed.
Brian joined LRH Wealth Management, part of Lambert Roper and Horsfield Chartered Accountants in Halifax, after ‘retiring’ from Marsh Consulting at the end of 2003.
Duncan Crossley, a director at LRH, said: “The staff and directors at LRH have all benefitted greatly from Brian’s years of experience and he quickly became our pensions ‘guru’.
“Brian is gone but certainly not forgotten. He will continue to work for us on a flexible consultancy basis, so we will be keeping his seat warmed, ready for his return.
“On behalf of everyone here at LRH, I would like to thank him for all his hard work over the last seven years.”
