Specialist Services: trusts

Trustees may sometimes accept an appointment to a trust without fully realising their obligations, particularly in relation to tax. These responsibilities may also apply to accounts.

We have extensive knowledge of trusts, using them for tax planning and in connection with wills (that we often help write).

So we are well able to help trustees with their duties to submit tax returns and (where necessary) produce accounts. Our "joined-up" approach to such work ensures that tax and accounts aspects are considered together, to help planning.

The Financial Services Authority does not regulate Trusts.
