Accountants Celebrate Colleague’s Exam Success

Nina-Beth Spall, a staff member at Halifax chartered accountants Lambert Roper & Horsfield has passed a significant milestone in her accountancy career.

Nina-Beth, who joined the firm four years ago whilst studying for her AAT qualification, has just qualified as a Chartered Accountant

Before joining us Nina did work experience at an accountancy practice which confirmed her interest in following a career in the profession. Now her work includes VAT returns, preparing accounts for businesses and audit work on limited companies.

She said: “Contrary to what most people believe, accountancy is interesting and challenging work. It’s not just about numbers, it’s about learning and understanding all the different aspects of how a business operates.”
