4 Inns Challenge for Financial Consultant

Paul Smith, a Financial Consultant and Investment Manager for LRH, has raised nearly £600 for the British Heart Foundation by taking part in the "4 Inns Walk" in April.

The walk was 43 miles long and stretched from Holmfirth to Buxton. Paul's team, "You've had your fun lads!", completed the walk in 15 hours 33 minutes and finished in darkness at 10.30pm.

Paul said: "My team competes in the Challenge every two years, which is just long enough for us to forget the pain!

"The Challenge was hard work and was made even more difficult by having to walk past so many inns without stopping for a much needed drink!

I would like to thank everyone who sponsored me and those that kept me going with their messages of support."

Diane Skevington from the British Heart Foundation said: "Again, very many thanks Paul - your donation will help to save and improve the lives of vulnerable men, women and children whose hearts are in crisis."
